Subjects that have recently generated particular attention include Space Tourism and the Law, Space Mining and the Law, Space Settlement and the Law, Space Debris and the Law, the Outer Space Treaty and the Liability Convention.

Formats could run from thirty-minute video presentations to full-week live courses; on location, on-line or hybrid; with or without interactive sessions and/or group work; and with or without outside experts.
